Looking to deploy ESP Private Agents in your own AWS account?

Contact Espressif Sales or email sales@espressif.com to obtain a private deployment of ESP Private Agents.

This guide is for organizations running ESP Private Agents in their own AWS account — super-admins who deploy, configure, and operate the platform itself.

You'll get:

  • A dashboard at https://<deployment-prefix>.evaluation.esp-private-agents.com — admins log in at /, end users at /try/.
  • An API endpoint at https://api.<deployment-prefix>.evaluation.esp-private-agents.com for devices and integrations.

<deployment-prefix> is a 10-character random ID generated when you create the deployment. Example: bxmqxnlxtx. So a real deployment looks like https://bxmqxnlxtx.evaluation.esp-private-agents.com — Espressif sends you the exact URLs after the stack finishes.

  • Admin and User dashboards backed by AWS Cognito.
  • An LLM gateway running on ECS Fargate, talking to Amazon Bedrock and any other LLM providers you wire up.

The deployment runs entirely in your AWS account, against your own data.

Read these in order

For a fresh deployment:

  1. Super-admin — what it is, why it matters.
  2. Bedrock model access — request access to Claude, Nova, and other Bedrock models.
  3. Deployment Management Dashboard — your control panel for stack updates, auth, domains, super-admins, and LLM provider keys.
First-time access — create your admin account

No admin account is pre-created during deployment, not even for the super-admin. Once the CloudFormation stack is ready:

  1. Open the dashboard URL and click Manage Agents.
  2. A sign-in page appears — click "Sign up" at the bottom to create your account.
  3. Enter your email and set a password, then enter the verification code sent to your inbox.
  4. Set up your display name and accept the privacy policy — you're in.

Super-admin: sign up with the exact email you entered in SuperAdminEmails during CloudFormation setup. That's what grants access to the Deployment Management section of the Admin Dashboard. Using a different email signs you in as a regular admin.

For all subsequent visits, use Sign in with your account's email and password.

For day-2 operations:

  1. Authentication — pick how end users and admins sign in (default / unified / RainMaker).
  2. Custom domain — host on agent.yourcompany.com instead of the default.
  3. Updating — pull the latest version of the platform.
  4. Operations — pause/resume, common runbook items.
