User Setting & Profile

Use Profile & Settings to review your account details, copy identifiers, manage connected services, and sign out of the dashboard.

Open the ☰ drawer and select Profile, or click your avatar in the top-right account menu and choose Profile.

Account information

The account information card shows the identity details the platform has for your session.

  • Avatar — a circular avatar generated from the first letter of your username.
  • Username — your account username. This is read-only.
  • Email Address — the email address associated with your account. This is read-only.
  • User ID — your platform identifier. Use the copy icon next to it when an admin or support contact asks for your ID.
  • Account Type — the kind of account you are using, such as User Account. This is read-only.

The User ID copy button gives a quick visual confirmation after copying, usually by changing to a checkmark. It does not change the ID or expose any additional permissions.

Copy refresh token

A Copy Refresh Token button copies a long-lived token to your clipboard. This token can be used to access your account outside the browser dashboard, such as from another device or an API-based workflow.

After you click the button, the dashboard opens a Copy refresh token confirmation dialog. The token has already been copied when the dialog appears. Click Close to dismiss it.

Treat this token like a password:

  • Don't share it.
  • Don't paste it into untrusted tools.
  • Store it only in trusted locations.
  • If you lose track of where it ended up, contact your admin to rotate or revoke it.

For implementation work, prefer short-lived or scoped credentials when available. Use the refresh token only where the deployment explicitly expects it.

Connected Connectors

The Connected Connectors section summarizes external connectors associated with your AI assistant.

If you have no connectors, the section shows an empty state:

No connectors connected yet. Connectors will appear here when you connect them.

Use Manage to open the Connectors page. Connectors are OAuth or credential-based connections that let agents use external tools or services on your behalf. They are usually added when you start a session that requires them.

Profile shows the high-level connector state. Use the Connectors page to refresh, disconnect, or inspect connector details.

Settings

The Settings section is reserved for additional account preferences. For now, it shows a placeholder message such as:

Additional settings and preferences coming soon....

Use Personalization for preferences that agents should see, such as your nickname or response style.

Sign out

Sign out from the account menu:

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard header.
  2. Review the dropdown showing your username and email.
  3. Click Sign Out.

The same dropdown also includes a Profile link that returns you to this page.

What you can't change here

  • Username — assigned by the platform or identity provider.
  • Email Address — managed centrally by your platform admin or identity provider.
  • Password — handled by your authentication provider, such as Cognito or SSO. Use that provider's flow if you need to change it.
  • Account Type — controlled by platform configuration.
  • Agent-facing display name — for what agents call you, use Personalization.

Tips

  • Sign out on shared devices. The session persists in the browser across closes — sign out explicitly when you don't want the next user to land in your account.
  • Copy your User ID for support. It helps admins identify the exact account without relying on display names.
  • Protect refresh tokens. Anyone with the token may be able to access your account through supported flows.
  • Use Personalization for things agents see. Profile is account information; Personalization is what agents read during chats.
